Sometimes I feel that knowing less languages could help the comprehension of the people around me. And by that, I mean I could be less tempted to make confusion and mixture of word meaning.

Some days ago I found a new gum flavor by Orbit. The first time I saw it I laughed a lot or at least it didn't tent me to buy it. If the name of new new flavor in the box have been a little bit tinier, maybe I'd have not been so shocked.

For the ones who speak or know English in the new gum Orbit's flavour means just "foggy senses" or "quite feeling while chewing the gum". Well, for the ones who speak or know a bit of German sure you'll get that funny-tricky-possible-misunderstanding! If not, I'll explain: for German people there's no such thing of speaking with "ugly words". So they try to say things with much more politeness, but meaning the same feeling. In other words, they try to be a bit diplomatic. However, well it has to be admitted that nowadays not everybody really use this way of saying "ugly words". There are still a lot of people who don't care about being correct, they just spread the words as the way they come. They say, language must be natural and sharing what exactly means a person make the social community cleaner to useless and empty words. Nowadays it is not only the case of new German generations but also to any other country (but in a bigger percent).

In any case, what you read in this picture, for German people, mean "Orbit's dung" or "manure". Maybe the only way to not think about it is the lowercase letter. That means that it is not a noun, because in German nouns are written in capital letters. So wherever you want to think you'll be chewing for the time being of the chewing-gum "dung" or a "pleasure quite and relaxing fog" in you mouth.
